Introductory Special
Currently we are offering an Introductory Special…$180 for three private sessions. We believe that after 3 sessions you will have a better idea if Pilates is right for you.
In your first Pilates session you and your instructor will discuss any relevant physical history as well as your goals. Following a brief conversation, your Pilates instructor will conduct a postural assessment, and guide you through your first workout, leaving you feeling refreshed, strong and supple. The next two private sessions will enable you to comfortably choose how you want to continue with your Pilates’ practice.
Individual Sessions

An individual session is taught one-on-one with the instructor and client. In the individual session, your physical needs and goals are assessed. We use the best and most current Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel or Chair to enhance your work out. The individual session allows you to have the full attention of one instructor to meet your personalized goals. If time is pressing, 30 Minute Privates are also available for a half hour, for the same price structure as a Duet class.
A duet is taught with two clients and one instructor. Under the guidance of the instructor, each client works out on their own Pilates Reformer and/or Spring Board. Duets are best for those who would like to work out with a friend, are budget-conscious, and have no serious injuries that would limit exercise ability. You can either bring your own partner or, if prearranged, the studio can provide a partner.

Trios are taught with three clients and one instructor utilizing the Pilates Reformer and/or Spring Board.
